Yesterday my car was full of that green pollen. This morning I woke up like someone hit me with a brick. Ugh. Allergy meds only go so far.

Pollen levels are high.

Allergy meds has been working for me up to about 99%. Consider getting shots also.

OMG. KILL ME NOW. This is the worst it's been and now even my 3 yr olds are showing signs of having inherited my family's seasonal allergies.

I'm considering breaking down & going in for a shot but as a last resort, went & bought some Allegra to see if that makes a difference. It was my go-to prescription until my then-insurance decided not to cover it anymore.

I sure do miss how Seldane-D used to work for me.

How's everyone coping?

After one of the worse allergy months of my life, I can tell the pollen levels have decreased the last couple weeks.

DH has 2 months a year when he does not have allergy problems. He has had a headache all of his life. Finally started with the allergy shots. They are a great help. He has been bothered a lot the last 2 weeks.
Watch those allergy meds. Some cause esophageal perferations.
