While apartments in general don't bother me, these were seedy and bad. I can't even imagine people trying to live in there. A week to week rental rat-hole. yikes.

Yeah, while in general I don't buy from them,I think some of my spring purchases will come from there. At least they have a great PR company that knows about neighborhood loyalty....even though it was 20 years past due!
