As far as I know, Houston has the largest community in the USA. Any on here?

When do you think the high profile JK will complete in Houston?

Muslim center planned for Allen Parkway | Business | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

The Aga Khan Foundation has purchased an 11.3-acre parcel of land along Allen Parkway and Montrose, including the historic Robinson Warehouse.

Are any of the JK's relocating anywhere?

I'm not Ismaili (I'm actually Hindu) but so many of my friends are. Sugar Land is full of Ismaili people, and its actually quite nice. Sugar Land is such a melting pot of all cultures and every culture imaginable. No wonder its the 3rd most diverse county in the United States (After Queens, NY & Alameda, CA).

I'd love to see more cultural & religious stuff for other cultures built, a cosmopolitan Houston is a prosperous Houston regardless of culture, race, background, & language.

Yes, Sugar Land has the most Ismaili Muslims. Fort Bend is the third most diverse? I've lived in the Alameda county also.

I have friends in Dallas who are Ismaili. We all went to see Shah Rukh Khan when he was in town about 4 years ago. I'd prefer to see Sanjay Dutt but he is usually under house arrest in India.

Counties that are more than 10% Non-Hispanic White, Black, Hispanic, and Asian
1) Alameda County, CA (population 1.4 million)
2) Solano County, CA (population 400,000)
3) Sacramento County, CA (population 1.4 million)
4) Montgomery County, MD (population 950,000)
5) Hudson County, NJ (population 600,000)
6) Middlesex County, NJ (population 770,000)
7) New York County, NY (population 1.5 million)
8) Queens County, NY (population 2.2 million)
9) Fort Bend County, TX (population 500,000)

Counties that have 3 groups over 20% of the population
1) Alameda County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
2) San Mateo County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
3) Santa Clara County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
4) Broward County, FL (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
5) Cook County, IL (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
6) Wyandotte County, KS (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
7) Cumberland County, NJ (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
8) Union County, NJ (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
9) Queens County, NY (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
10) Robeson County, NC (Native Americans, Black, N-H Whites)
11) Dallas County, TX (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
12) Fort Bend County, TX (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)

Out of the 3,057 counties there are in the United States, there are only 3 that meet the criteria of having 4 groups over 10% of the population AND with 3 of those being 20% of the population. Using the formulaic approach of figuring out which is the mathematically most diverse:

Fort Bend County, TX: 39.8% N-H White, 23.6% Hispanic, 20.4% Black, 14.4% Asian (score = .724)
Queens County, NY: 30.8% N-H White, 26.4% Hispanic, 21.3% Asian, 18.1% Black (score = .757)
Alameda County, CA: 37.1% N-H White, 24.4% Asian, 21.4% Hispanic, 12.6% Black (score = .741)

So Queens takes this one in terms of racial diversity, followed closely by Alameda County, then Fort Bend County.

20 Most Diverse Counties in the US:
01 Queens, NY
02 Alameda, CA
03 Fort Bend, TX
04 Kings, NY
05 Robeson, NC
06 Hudson, NJ
07 New York, NY(Manhattan)
08 Harris, TX (Houston area)
09 Los Angeles, CA
10 Dallas, TX
11 San Francisco, CA
12 Solano, CA
13 Santa Clara, CA
14 Cook, IL
15 Essex, NJ (Newark)
16 San Joaquin, CA
17 Bronx, NY
18 San Mateo, CA
19 San Bernardino, CA
20 Fresno, CA

Not sure about percentages of particular sects, but the metro area surrounding Detroit has the largest concentration of arab-americans in the US.

SRK concert in Dallas? Was this after Temptations 2004?

I thought Sanjay Dutt got out of trouble? Wasn't he in jail for 5 years?

He did well in Knock Out though. I think SRK is the best actor on the planet.
