It's only been under 2 months since the last announcement on EQA. On November 15, 2010, they announced that the plans are to start the project in phases. I do think that will result in a smaller park than what we all have been hoping for though.

I'm iffy with EQ. I think what keeps me strong in my faith is that I really want it to get built; I never really thought the intermodel station would get built anyway.

It's just too awesome and flashy. Anything on that scale usually always get cancelled in Houston. I'll be shocked if it gets built. Very shocked.

What is it? Ihavent heard of most of the projects listed.

the Grand Pkwy is 99 that goes from 59 to 10 currently and is expected to be yet another outer ring around the city.

The intermodal station is Houston's *Grand Central Station* No idea of the status of the project, but here's an old article about it.
