I'd like to get a foundation survey done on my house as I have a feeling that it has settled some more since I bought the house 7 years ago. Can anyone recommend specific surveyor that can do this? How much can I expect to pay.

I don't want to start calling foundation repair companies because I want to first know if there is a problem.

I called DuWest to check mine, they did a thorough survey told me there wereb issues [I knew this] but that it wasn't severe enough to do a repair at this time. I liked the professionalism and honesty. I jad two other companies out and did not like their methods or opinipons (based on bad methods IMO).

Also Jericho is good about that. Olshan's is the worst (and most expensive) about always finding problems, whether they are there or not. They do good work when it's needed - but I don't trust their evaluations. Church is just slightly better. Jericho has been honest in the past about needed work - sometimes they say it doesn't need work, to just do something else instead. DuWest is good.
