My house was newly built in 2008. Approx. 2 years after it was built, we noticed nails popping out off the sheet rock on the wall in the bedroom on second floor above the kitchen. Following year, we noticed the finished carpenter's nails popping out on the window sill molding on the same wall on the ground floor. Attached picture shows the nails popping. I noticed recently that the nails have come out about 1cm now. The window is a fixed non-operable window. Is this a structural foundation problem ? who is the best contractor to start with ?

He won't be back. He signed out the same minute he posted that and has not been back since. Another one hit one post wonder.

Can anyone help me with this logic? Ask a question in a public forum then never even come back to see the responses. We see it every day.

Funny stuff there though.

I thought I attached the file, but it probably did not go through due to some error on the size of the picture. I have uploaded it now. Sorry for the delay.
