Ah hello, I'm not sure exactly where would be a good place to post this, so I think this is as good as it gets. So here goes: we are renting a house in Arizona, the east end of the house was subjected to flooding and now had black mold under the baseboards on the drywall. The demo work won't start until Sunday and I need a temporary fix. So I was thinking of spraying Lysol or some other anti-mold spray just to keep the spores down. Thanks
I agree with the mix of bleach and water- mind you, it's only a temporary fix and really only good for surface mold. Make sure you wear goggles when spraying the bleach mixture on the area though, you don't want to get it in your eyes!

Yes, temporary is all I need. In a few days, the drywall will be taken out and replaced.
Use Concrobium available at Lowes and Home Depot. Concrobium will encapsulate the spores, crushing them at a cellular level and is not caustic to us. It comes in white spray bottles or gallon jugs.
How do you know about Concrobium? I have lots of mold in my ductwork and fiberglass insulation that is in the ductwork. How do I get this Concrobium in the ductwork.
