Hey all, I bought my house in July and it was vacant for about 1 1/2 years before that. Well I have noticed that there are gnats all over the windows. They are not in the house, or near my drains. But when I open my windows, they are there on the screens on the inside, not just a few, like maybe 50 or more. Not sure what to do.
make sure all the windows are closed. Hose off the outside of the windows and wash out the dirt and whatever is on the outside of the window that is attracting the gnats. If you have screens you may or may not have to remove them. Try washing with the screens in place. if it continues, remove the screens and do it again.
I have washed the windows, I sprayed bug spray & foggers outside and they still come back. I just have no idea how to find the cause of them being there. Stupid little bugs!
I have 2 big pitcher windows and one window haves gnats not to sure why, can someone please tell me why?
and the same window haves roaches comming out of there please help me.
I have wash the window many times in side and out and i have used hot shout for the roaches but no luck.
can someone please give me some advice and tell me what to do?
thanks.
The gnats and the roaches are both attracted by the light coming from the windows at night. You are going to have them both. It's nature's way.
The roaches can be helped some by having an exterminator treat the ground outside of the windows.
