Replacing hand shower with shower head (bath, tools, old)

I have a hand held shower in bathroom, I want to replace it with a shower head, does it makes sense ? how difficult is this job to do ?

Basically you just unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Whatever you buy should come with instructions that explain what tools are needed, etc. It's a very easy thing to do.
