Hi all! We bought a vanity from RH (Kent double vanity in charcoal with a carrara top) and went with some more classic faucets that we thought went well. Now we need to pick out shower fixtures and a tub filler and I'm leaning toward the more modern fixtures. Assuming we keep to the chrome finish across the board do you think it will look goofy with two different style faucets on the vanity versus the tub and shower?

If you can see both in one eye shot then it will not look so good, but if you look at the vanity and can't see the tub, then I don't think the style matters that much, but they mustn't be too off...

Match finishes in the same room. I don't know if the styles have to be totally matching, but they shouldn't be conflicting either.

Avant garde in one room and classic in another adjoining room? I would not do that.

I would keep everything in the same style. Just went thru this in a bathroom remodel and faucets were already in so everything else had to go with them.
