The Flyers looked great tonight......playing with confidance and dominating scoring 9 goals on Tukka Rask in the last two games...Rask only gave up 4 goals once all season. We now have a healthy Leighton back in goal throwing a shut out as Boucher was injured early in the game. Gagne is also healthy and scoring and Hartnell seems to have found the net again. Can they be the first team since 1974 to come back from being down 3-0 ?
Comes down to goaltending, we'll see who's got the stones.
Leighton looked great in game 6 forcing a game 7 Friday. Only 6 teams in the history of the NHL have come back from 0-3 deficits to force a game 7 and only two have ever came all the way back winning a game 7......my money is on Leighton and the Flyers to pull this off !!!!
WOW! I was at work, my client's house, a spunky 89 yr. old lady and we were watching the game. Right after the Bruins scored their 3rd goal the power went out! She's been a Flyers fan since they started in the NHL. We couldn't find a battery powered radio anywhere in the house so we just sat by candle light, watching the lightning and listening to the thunder. So it was a huge surprise to find the game tied when I got home. I listened to the last 11 minutes of the game on the radio at home. I still can't believe it!! Go Flyers! I'm not even mad that I missed the game on TV. It was just as exciting listening on the radio! Somebody pinch me!

Sorry you missed the game......it was incredible !!!! I've been following the Flyers since the very early 70s and have witnessed many great games that are hard to place in order of importance but this series and game will live with me forever !!! I don't know if everyone can understand the significance of what happened tonight.....this has only happened twice before in over 100 years of NHL history.....its an incredible accomplishment under the toughest of circumstances with hurt players, etc. Our Flyers have given their fans a memory that will last a lifetime and the Bruins fans a history that will haunt them forever.
Arguably the series of the '10 playoffs excluding the Montreal/Pittsburgh one. What a sensational come back.
