The Avs and Wild had a game 7 once before. And oddly enough, it was Patrick Roy's very last game.

The national media will be disappointed as the young upstart Avs would be good TV vs the Hawks. More so than the steady gritty Wild. Hopefully the Mpls/Chicago rivalry will be rekindled.

I will not miss hearing from the Minnesota fan-base. Gotta be one of the whiniest groups.....
