College Hockey kicked off this weekend.
Some Surprised this weekend
Maine swept RPI
BC fell to Air force.
and Bentley U crushed UNH.

I'm just waiting for Don Lucia to be fired so the Gophers can become a respectable team again.

But in the mean time I'll always have St. Cloud to fall back on.

When the Gophers aren't National Championship contenders they may as well just be Umass Amherst.


They should put their middle finger up to the Big 10 and join the NCHC. St. Cloud, Duluth, and Mankato are siphoning all of the guys that used to go to the Gophers.

Man, Maine has 3/6 OOC wins for Hockey East this year, that is shocking.
UConn has 2 against UAH, and BC has 1 against Denver.

Michigan played ASU at GRA a few seasons back. It was a fun game. I have meant to attend more ASU games and support hockey growth here. When the world re-opens I intend to do just that.
