Like it was not amazing enough that they came up with,
"BEAT L.A., BEAT L.A."
for the first round,
and then, . . . if you can believe it,
(make sure you are sitting when reading this, or you might be bowled over by the innovation)
yes, they outdid themselves in the creativity category, for the 2nd round, as they chant,
"BEAT DETROIT, BEAT DETROIT"
Obviously this is in silicone valley, home of the greatest and most creative minds, and they are proud to show (and shout) it.

and the redwings came back with the every original "let's go redwings" chants and then the stadium played I'm Shipping Up to Boston by The Dropkick Murphys .... because nothing says motor city quite like that

this is american sports - chants/cheers don't necessarily have to be creative ..... just loud

(this will reveal my prediction)
So will the innovative Sharks fans outdo themselves again by yelling,
"BEAT VANCOUVER"
in the next round?
That does not sound right and it probably has too many syllables for those silicon valley simpletons,
AND
it wont happen.
(they WONT beat Vancouver)

Yeah, we're all so amazed by the fruity green spandex guys you got up there in Vancouver...

Hey, at least someone in San Jose was clever enough to throw a shark onto the ice with an octopus sewn in it's mouth the last time we beat the Red Wings...

Anyways, the Canucks have gone 40 years in the league without a Stanley Cup, so it shouldn't hurt that bad when the Sharks beat you guys next round...
