Where is the largest model railroad set up in the U.S.?
I'm thinking maybe in the northeast somewhere.
I know the larest in the world is in Germany.

Tradewinds park in south Florida has track for the live steamers. That would fit as a LARGE model RR setup.

I love trains. That German layout is unbelievable.
Here is a pretty good sized privately owned G scale layout that is put to actual use in the garden. Over 500 feet of track in a 40'x120' area.
Hop on for a ride.
