I did the all grain Australian Lager ( Fosters ) The fermentation is 60 - 65 and my Temps. are right on. But it's been two days and nothing, Nothing in the airlock and no yeast clusters on top of the wert. Do I have dead yeast or some other problem?
I am starting to get worried.
