I find drinking lots of water and yoga give me a nice complexion. And I take a flax seed oil and a Vitamin E supplement.

I've got oily skin so don't use creams or lotions very much. Something simple under the eyes during the winter is as far as I go...like Oil of Olay products.

Ingredient labels (even for food) can be tricky. In some cases you could be already eating cloned meat and not even know it because the companies are not required to post a label.
