I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences as I am in decision mode about what to do medically about my breasts.
Let me start by saying that I am a 34F and am in my early 30s. No children. Not only is gravity beginning to set in, but I have headaches from time to time not to mention backaches.
I am looking at 3 options:
1. Breast reduction. Maybe a 34C or even a B. Is that too dramatic of a change considering I have walked around with these "girls" for years?
2. Breast lift with implants to boost my bustline. That way, I can stay the same size but with lifting support from the implants.
Get a breast reduction. Time is not on your side. Your back will only hurt more the older you get, and your breasts will only sag more the older you get. If you get pregnant they will get larger and sore and once the baby is born WATCH OUT. I cannot imagine how big and painful you will get then. I think you will be much happier and more comfortable with a breast reduction now.
Breasts reduction-- I don't know whether to consider taking them all the way to a B or keeping them full with a C or D. Like mentioned, if I have children, watch out... maybe the B?
Sasha, if you plan on having children, make sure you tell the doctor. Sometimes in extreme breast reductions, the nipple has to be removed and reattached for natural looking positioning. For more info, read this article:
If you do go for the reduction, C cups are not that big. I don't think you need to take it down to a B. I am a 34 C and in no way do they feel too big. (in fact, my husband would be thrilled if I got implants to go up to a large D; many women I know have gone from Bs to Ds surgically and now my Cs look darn tiny). The only issue I ever have is I have to try on button down shirts to make sure they fit ok, and when I get a sports bra I can't get the uniboob kind - I need a real one with separate cups.
Oh and BTW when pg and breastfeeding I was a D cup. I was DD for about the first 4-6 wks of nursing when the milk first came in and had not regulated yet, and then I remained a D until each baby weaned.

I've always been an "A" cup, so I can't really relate, but good luck with whatever you decide!
Glad to see someone else here, lol--I was always somewhere between B & A, depending on what time of month it was--after my daughter, it was between B & C. Don't quite fill the C but the B doesn't fit right.
And here we used to be so jealous of THEM because they got all the guys....
