I've heard the more you weigh, the more vitamin D your body can handle; the less you weigh, the less vitamin D your body can handle. I think the only way to find out is get ourselves tested for Vitamin D levels.
I have friends who take mega-dosages of vitamin D in order to reduce inflammation. They regularly test their blood to make sure the levels aren't toxic to their liver.
