My left thigh always falls asleep at night when I go to bed. Is this a medical problem? It started about 2 months ago. I'm 28 Female. Not overweight. I don't have med. Insurance and hoped someone might have an answer its terrible and wakes me up because its totally numb (front upper thigh. The whole upper front) yikes. Please help!

With or without insurance you need to see a doctor. As for er, they are not going to be able to diagnose something like this, as easily as a doctor. It is probalby just a nerve thing and the say you are sleeping. You can refer to the internet for possible causes, but don't put to much into what you read. The answers you will find on the net are pretty generic...

Not to scare you but you really do need to see a doctor since there is a very real possibility that leg blood clots are involved.
Stroke is one possible outcome if that clot breaks loose and floats to your heart or brain.
Borrow the money if you must but get thee to a doctor.........NOW!!
