I've been feeling tired all the time, it's so bad sometimes I literally feel out of breath and like I'm going to faint. I've been to doctors for blood tests and everything came back normal. I had a complete cardiology workup, stress test, echocardio, and those came back normal as well. I also went to a pulmonary doctor and all breathing tests came back normal.

I've also been having instances of swollen lymph nodes in my neck pain and occasional blood in my stool, like 1 or 2 a month which my doctor gave me some medicine because I was having very bad acid reflux also.

However, I still feel very tired all the time. Any suggestions on what I can test for? I know fatigue is a very broad thing, but it's starting to become a serious problem to the point of where I may be out somewhere having fun and get a sudden spell like I'm going to faint from exhaustion.

Are you male/female, how old are you? Are you depressed? What do you eat? Do you work out? Give us some back ground please.

Maybe they can test for Epstein bar, or anemia. Do you feel dizzy?? Maybe it could be vertigo.

Is there a lot of stress in your life now?

I have found stress and lack of exercise can make me very tired.

I'm 28, female, I don't feel stressed so I would say no, but I do have a 15 month old daughter so I know she contributes to it some. I don't work out every day, I try to do yoga at least once a week and run on my treadmill at least once a week.

I do feel dizzy very often. I also take an iron pill daily because I've had anemia in the past but my doctor has said my iron levels are normal.

The dizziness could be stress ,heart problems ,vertigo or low blood pressure.

Are you dizzy when you first stand up(low blood pressure) ?

Are you dizzy after exercise ? Breathing or heart problems.. but you said you had that checked.

Well I already had a full set of cardiology exams and it all came back normal. I had an exercise stress test and an echocardiogram. I've been checked for asthma also it was normal.

I get dizzy spells at random times. I started noticing it at work when I am looking at my computer. I also get them sometimes after I have eaten.

Do you take any medication that could be causing it?

Nope no medications, other than prilosec, but i was having the problem well before I started taking it.

I'm starting to fear I may have some undiagnosed cancer. It actually happened to my father (he had bone cancer and lymphoma).
