I'm almost the same as you! I am at the same height but 5 pounds less. I'm not at 140. I am thinking of taking a calcium supplement. What vitamins? Why fish oil?

If you're talking about gaining weight vitamins and supplements aren't going to do anything for you... Don't get me wrong, they're not bad they just won't help you accomplish your goal of gaining more muscle/weight. The only way to gain weight is to take in more calories than you burn. That being said, sounds like you're a hard-gainer with a crazy metabolism. Do you know how many calories approximately you're currently consuming each day? Start with finding out and then add 50% of that number on top of what you're already taking. Unless you're trying to go for some bodybuilding goal, 100g's of protein each day should be OK (since you only weigh around 135). Also, make sure your protein is from as clean of a food source as you can afford.

I'd be willing to donate to the cause. C'mon the rest of you--let's all get together and help some needy folks out.
