Nice shot, I used to drive a hotel tour bus and we would take people there. It was always a good time.

I liked watching the Dolphins there. They come really close. And my dog loved the shallow water. I have seen weddings taken place there. Very romantic!

Thank you for the comments. Eve, where did you see the dolphins? I would like to try and get some photos of them as well.

I would see them running along the shore all the time on the north end (between 76th and 80th street) usually between sunrise and about 10am). Can't be any more than 50-100ft offshore, when I am surfing out there they will come so close it is amazing. I think they might migrate from the mouth of the bay so anywhere in there is probably a good spot. I am not a marine biologist, so I may be talking out of my a** as far as migration patterns, but that is what I have witnessed.

Saw a few at sandbridge (near s-turns) on saturday around 9am as well. Maybe 40ft offshore moving north up the coastline.

In my opinion this is well worth the money if you want to see and learn about dolphins in the area.

I used to see the dolphins in the afternoon, at summertime, when the water is warmer. The sightseeing boat with the funny print on it (I forgot the name) hangs around there to show the tourists the Dolphins, too.

People on jetskis go pretty close to them and watch them playing.
