I'm moving to the area for a job in Chesapeake. Looking to rent a place for 1-2 months while looking for a house. Needs to be furnished. Any suggestions on where to look.

I'm looking for houses from Hickory to S. of Oceana. Thanks.

Joe

Not sure how their rates are but there is Oakwood, they are a global temporary housing provider. I've been put up in some of their properties for a few work related moves and all have been fine. Will be staying in one again when I move to the area in May. They have several Chesapeake properties listed on their site.

Yep and there are many places that have furnished suites or efficiency apartments.
