I've been reading all the posts on here and have two homes on the table one on Bland Street near Norview one on Pennsylvania in the Historic District, mapped both of them on the Norfolk Police Departments Crime Mapper, funny thing is The Penn Ave area has more crime stats in the last 90 days mostly larceny, now there are no drug hits but there were a few near Norview, so I'm just saying swearing one area is worse than the other seems to depend on what people live there, so I guess the areas are deemed as bad because there are more blacks and in the other more thieves

It depends on the areas and population thereof. The more populated, the more mix-match. A good friend of mine has lived in the Norview area for many years with no problems whatsoever. I would suppose that if you lived in a particular neighborhood and your vehicle was broken into, that you would blame it on the neighborhood, but in most cases, the individual (s) were not from that neighborhood.
