I did some more research on the Pelham 85 complex, and it looks like another phase will take place in the next year or two, and next to Acropolis will be Sola Salon Studios.

Anyone know what ever happened with that Belaire Grill in Powdersville? The building was set up and it never opened or hasn't opened in 6 months.
