Construction has started on the Bojangles - E Butler not far from 385
I was over that way today and don't recall seeing any construction taking place. I don't really care though; haven't been in one the entire time we've lived here. Still, good for city tax coffers!

What is a "Sweep Rabiet Cafe?"

The full service/express car wash is confirmed in GSA Business. No opening date is set.
If someone can turn their attention to 1900 Old Buncombe Road, there is a retail center that needs renewal and rescue the immediate area from being food and pharmacy deserts. Bi-Lo (store 544) and Revco once operated here and closed. Family Dollar remains, but one wonders if the location will be closing.
At 1900 old Buncombe Rd at the old BILO , I would like to see a Tractor Supply , at the old Revco I would like to see a Jersery Mike and Sub if Family Dollar closed down I would like to see a DSW but Bucombe RD needs cleaning up and so does the shopping center needs cleaning up I think once the car wash opens more will come now old Poe mill needs clean up and fix I think that would be great place for a park
Tractor Supply Company is a good store. I do not think locating there would be a wise idea. They usually open stores in rural communities and towns.
