Hello all! After looking online at hundreds of homes, I noticed there is a big "new construction" trend going on in Simpsonville, the city we are looking in to move to or close around. Does anyone have any recommendations for builders, good and bad if we were to go that route. We are new to the entire home buying/building process and it would be nice to get local feedback experiences. Thank you!!

I'm not in Greenville yet, so there are locals who can give you more info than I can. However, you may want to take a look at the thread on Legendary Homes. I know they, along with Ryan Homes, are building quite a lot of homes in Simpsonville.

We are in contract with Eastwood in Simpsonville.

After visiting Mungo (terrrible)
Ryan developments seemed more cramped and a few others we found eastwood to be the best for us.

I work with builders from 125k range to well over 2 million per home. What price, area, and quality are you looking for?
