I am hoping to have a garage sale in several weeks and I was wondering what type of permits I need to have prior to doing this? I live in Simpsonville. Thanks

You don't need a permit- unless something has changed that I don't know about?

I know you do need to get a permit in Easley, not sure about Simpsonville. I'm sure most places you wouldn't get in trouble for not having one, but in Easley its like 3 bucks so its worth the two seconds it takes you to fill out the form. Apparently they are illegal to have on Sundays!
