The Anderson Fair is nice. I stopped going to Freedom Weekend once it moved to Greenville.

Greenwood Humane Society is waiving the adoption fees on pets this weekend (yesterday and today). This would be a great opportunity for someone thinking of adopting a new pet.

I know it is too late to sign up, but thought I'd mention that today is also Hands On Greenville Day.

Don't forget the Greenville Symphony Guild's Downtown Condo Rondo on Saturday, May 12. It's a self-guided tour of 6 condos in the Main St. area of downtown. I went two years ago to their first event and loved the chance to walk through some fabulous downtown condos firsthand.... all very different. Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 the day of. Ticket outlets are listed on the web site.

One of the bonuses in 2010 - a handful of neighboring condos that were for sale were also available for viewing.

Other than the risk of sore feet and tired legs, this is the perfect complement to Artisphere.
