My late father prepared his Will in South Carolina and the Probate period recently ended. There was no amount of money stated in the Will. It's structured so that my sister, who is the Executor, will have her mortgage satisfied first and then the balance split 50/50 between her and I. She's giving me two different amounts that she owes on her mortgage so I was advised by my Attorney here in Pennsylvania to file a petition in Orphan's Court so that I can find the truth.
Search the public property records for Greenville County. I've been able to find the infomation on homes I was interested in thru the website. I would try and start there.
I found most of the information that I need; thanks for the links. Now, I want to contest the Will but not sure where to start. Can anyone point me in the right direction and also maybe recommend a Will and Estates attorney?
