I've read good things about the houses across the street from the 4 th of July park in Kernersville. Does anyone know what that subdivision is called? I'm also trying to find out info on Morning Mist subdivision. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure where the Morning Mist development is. I know it's in Kernersville. I was looking at houses for sale in Kernersville online and I found several newly constructed 1 and 2 story houses in the 130 & 140's for sale with no pics. So, I was just wondering what they look like and what school district they were in. Any one have any ideas. Do you know what year the houses across from the 4th of July park were built and how much a 4- bedroom 2 story house is going for?
Thanks again in advance.

Default Branchwood Drive and Beaucrest

I know of two main street in that development across from the fourth of July park. The first in Branchwood Drive and the second is Beaucrest. I believe the zip is 27284.

Most of the houses in that development were built around 1970 - 80. I know from first hand experience that the majority of them were well constructed. Also, the people living there have kept the majority of their houses up quite well. Two stories with 4 bedrooms in that community can go for 250 - 350k just because of the construction and location of the development.
