I already did, the membranes of current fuel cell do not last long enough for them to be commercially viable. Check with GE about Plug Power. Alternately show us a retailer selling fuel cells with posted prices and 30 year warantees.

Thanks. I just wanted to see if there were actually any residential fuel cells out there yet in the USA. Seems as though that technology still has quite a ways to go if and before it becomes mainstream.

I appreciate all the different responses.

There's a lot of hype in the fuel cell business. It has really good potential but not ready to leave the lab yet.
