It's nice to see that some folks are realizing that the way we do things is not necessarily better than the way it has been done in the past. There have been many variations of this idea in the past. It works well for a like-minded group of people.

there is a lot going on in vt. we are thinking seriously about moving there for a year to see what its all about.

260k though, for a condo, where apparently 35k is a "lot" of money..........
