Information in Grist was not accurate nor up to date.
Real Deal is South Korea already has tested, proven (and patented ;P) a set-up to re-etch the wafers themselves so that the Silicon does not even have to be re-processed.
But really, if you have any "starting to die" (per Grist) Silicon Solar PV Panels - (you do not, and neither does anyone else -- because they do not exist) -- send them to me. I will take all you have.
