Would you recommend as a place for me to move too? I heard a lot of good things about Georgia. I would be looking into a place with low crime, excellent schools, family friendly neighborhoods, a charming downtown, within 30 minutes or so from a big city for jobs. Now for neighborhoods I really like it to have houses with great curb appeal (nice yards, not dirty, so a neighborhood that takes pride in its houses), trees, safe, somewhere where everyone knows each other, big backyards. I like houses with front porches. our price range would be $350 at the very most as of right now. based off of this, where in Georgia could I find this?

What are you considering a big city. Atlanta is "the big city" for Georgia. What kind of work do you do? Georgia, as a state has 10% unemployment. Atlanta is close to that. Watkinsville, and Oconee County, just outside of Athens, has the lowest in the state, usually, below 7% unemployment. Plenty of properties in that price range.

I know that I will move to where ever my job takes me but I just want to hear about the towns that sound like the description so I can look into.
