I am in need of a good, safe apartment complex. I have looked at apartmentratings(dot)com and everything has horrible ratings, so please help!

Work in Snellville, but there is NOTHING there. So....I don't mind a commute (no more than 30 minutes). I was told that Sweetwater/Breckenridge is an area to avoid at all costs. Looking in Duluth or Lawrenceville....

Overlook at Berkeley Lake - On Pleasant Hill, just south of Peachtree Industrial, right inside the Gwinnett line. It's about the furthest south I am willing to go on Pleasant Hill....(900 sq ft)

Colonial Grand at Sugarloaf - On Veranda Chase/Old Norcross, east of Sweetwater, in betweeen Boggs and Herrington. Is this an okay area? Is it far enought east from Sweetwater, or is it on the border? (979 sq ft)

Audubon Way - Off Philip Blvd in Lawrenceville, near GA-316. Can't really find anything online about this apartment complex.

Any other suggestions? I need a 1bdrm for no more than $700 p/mo and more than 750 sq. feet.
