Top 101 City List - Missing lots of them ?! (houses, income)

It says that on the front page, but where is the link of those category really? I can't find them.

They're there, you just have to dig through all the listings. Remember though, these lists are generated and posted by individuals and most are NOT based on actual facts or figures, but instead, on the posters rankings.
