Can't say this list surprises me. Metro NYC (CT and NJ), CA and DC have some of the wealthiest neighborhoods on the planet. I do have to say, though, I've never thought of any part of VA to be part of the northeast corridor. That's JMO of course.

As for Loving, TX...the amount of people in that county is less than folks who live on my cul de sac in number 6.

Hickman Co. Kentucky? I guess the 20 or so farm families that make up the whole county all had good crops last year.
