Usually hit the sack around midnight if I have to get up for 5 AM. Hardly ever need more than 5 hours of sleep to be refreshed and ready to go.

I have to be to work around 7 so I get up at 6. I like to get to bed around 11 but sometimes it's later. I'm guilty of not giving my body a whole lotta sleep.

Student here, so that's one for around 1 am (or whenever I pass out.) Usually have to get to school around 9. I should probably get more sleep.
