Then tell your future sons' pediatrician that you don't want them circumcised. Period. If, after that, the doctor goes and does it anyway, he should be on the receiving end of a nice, big, juicy malpractice suit. (Serious question: have you ever actually heard of a doctor who performed a circumcision against the parents' wishes? I certainly haven't.)
As to where to live, Phoenix would be my pick for you. Failing that, there are a number of places in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas that should work. Or, if you're looking for a cooler climate, I'd recommend Denver.
