Then don't have your future sons circumcised. It's just that easy. (Oh, and you may wish to avoid discussing it with your co-workers. A simple "I'd prefer not to discuss that" should suffice, but if not, then "Kindly mind your own business" outta shut 'em up.)

Then tell your future sons' pediatrician that you don't want them circumcised. Period. If, after that, the doctor goes and does it anyway, he should be on the receiving end of a nice, big, juicy malpractice suit. (Serious question: have you ever actually heard of a doctor who performed a circumcision against the parents' wishes? I certainly haven't.)

As to where to live, Phoenix would be my pick for you. Failing that, there are a number of places in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas that should work. Or, if you're looking for a cooler climate, I'd recommend Denver.

The Phoenix PD has openly opposed Arapaio and has blocked his action within PHX. He has limited power in Maricopa County only. There's nothing to worry about but if you're feeling paranoid do a cheap, easy move to Tucson. It's Pima County with a more normal sheriff who never does immigration sweeps.
