I think if you cry a little bit more then the stereotype may change.

You mean the 50 states are NOT high school kids? In most states, the governor might as well be.

I would say Nevada is California's sluttier, fun, younger, less popular, more "rebel" sister.

In my case, the governor is the fat kid who makes an ass out of himself at all parties.

She also plays dice in the bathroom between classes with the elderly substitute and the janitor

It's not so much the racism that is lampooning, but the bi-polar attitudes towards the Hispanic population there that is so distinctly..... Arizona. No, I'm not from Arizona. Yes, I've been there a lot. And yes, the stereotype is eerily true (and you are quite different from Texas or California in this regard).

Painting with a pretty broad brush there. On the rare occasions I come across those that might seem biased against Latinos they are almost always transplants from areas where there aren't many Latinos. Many of the anti-immigration zealouts are retirees from the upper Midwest. So apparently you think all Arizonans are just instrinsically biased towards Latinos?

Exactly, some wacko tea party politicians from California and the Midwest show up and try to grab media attention with some idiotic bills in the state senate and Arizona gets permanently labeled racist. Not too long ago California had anti-Chinese immigration laws, Japanese Americans internment camps, and Prop 187 but California isn't considered a racist place nationally. How long does an inaccurate stereotype based on media sensationalism last for a state, or is it just bias against a "flyover"?
