I talked to the wife about Colorado. I have some family there and I think I would love it there. What's the job market for IT like there?

It seems like it's everywhere, but it is clustered around Broomfield, Aurora (central), and the Denver Tech Center. This might be of help: Top 15 High Technology and IT Companies in Denver

Colorado Springs has a lot of it too. Boulder and Fort Collins too.
