Austin if wrather is your priority. Seattle if nature and big city amenities is your priority. Portland if you want a small, cheaper version of Seattle.

Because these cities were all on the OP's former list/thread, so it's very likely that the OP is also asking here which city would be better for him/her to settle in.
The OP has said that warm weather is to his/her liking.
There's a difference between warm and hot. To me there is at least. Portland summers are warm. Austin summers are very, very hot.
This isn't meant as a dis on Austin. The winters are more bearable in Austin, but sorry... Austin sits in one of the hottest parts of the Western hemisphere.
But the rest of the year, Austin has more sunshine and warmer weather (besides the odd cold snap, in which temps may drop below Portland's winter temps). The OP already has stated in his/her other thread that the weather in Austin is better overall for him/her than the PNW.

Well, I made it pretty clear that I was talking about SUMMER weather. Summer temps in Austin generally last about 5 months. Sometimes longer than that. That's pretty much half the year right there.
And I haven't read the OP's other thread. I'm not addressing the OP. I'm addressing you.
