$5.50 this morning in the Inland Empire. Hoping theyre not trying to get us comfy paying $5 a gallon but it looks like it. Same with the mid to high $3 range seen in the South.
I just though I'd throw this out for comparison for something all of you across the border should prepare yourselves for because increases like this will be coming sometime soon to a place near you. I think you'll probably be plateauing out at around the $7.50 a gallon mark within the year or two ahead after Canada reaches $10 a gallon because you guys are always at a couple of dollars or so less per gallon than we are here in Canada.
It's getting close to $9 a gallon now where I live (British Columbia, Canada) and no indication of it going down. All during the last couple of months it was just over $8 a gallon and creeping upward a penny at a time. It's a bit less in the oil producing provinces at the moment. I think these higher prices are going to continue to increase and are here to stay and that means it will be the same for USA.

It's quietly going up again here. $5.49 in Lake City, Seattle, up from like the $4.90s for most of the past month.

I paid $5.25 but it was higher octane Ethanol-free gas for my Nova. Regular at Costco is a bit higher now at $4.49 in Redmond, but for some reason 10 miles away at Costco Issaquah it's $4.79.
So that is $8.20 CDN for one US gallon, or $6.32 USD.
Glad I hardly have to drive anymore.
