I just paid $3.55 at the Costco in Redmond, WA, dropped down considerably the last week or so from as high as $3.95.

$2.99 north Dallas area. Prices tend to be slightly lower closer to Fort Worth. I don't count gas at Membership retailers because its subsidized.
