Do you still live in your hometown (being where you were born and/or grew up)?

Please vote in the poll and discuss by stating your hometown (and the current city you live in if it's not your hometown).

I live in New York City currently, but I plan to move back to my hometown of Dallas within a few years and remain there permanently.

I've been in Oregon (Portland area) since '78, but plans to return to my hometown in Central California within a few years is pretty definite.

Iowa City > Chicago, so the 100-300 miles range.

My hometown is Orlando. I live in Texas now. I was planning on moving back but only to attend college there. Other than that, I have no immediate plans to move back to Kill-lando, FL. Too many hoodrats and thugs on the loose.

Haven't lived in my hometown of craptastic Santa Maria in California for 10 years. I've lived in about 6 very different places, and have settled down in my favorite; Michigan (I know, surprised me too).

No. I grew up in my hometown in Northern Virginia ( not born there) but moved to South Louisiana thirteen years ago. My plans are to eventually move away but not back to my hometown, although I absolutely enjoyed all my years there. I'm quite curious to live in and experience another region of America.

No, I'm about 50 miles west of my hometown. No plans to move anywhere.

Live back in my hometown. Parents moved away when I was a kid and then I lived from Texas to northern Maine. Came back "home" a few years ago and will never leave again. LOVE it! What I thought were negatives as a kid turned out to be huge positives as an adult. So much so that my own children love it here instead of the place they were born (Northern Maine) and where some family still live. Schools are amazing; attitude is amazing; close to sugar sand beaches all summer; and awesome sledding, snowshoeing, and other winter sports all winter.

I haven't lived in my hometown in over 25 years. I've lived in several cities within a 200-350 mile radius of my hometown, but have never gone back. Not because I haven't wanted to, but the opportunity has never arisen and probably won't. At this point in my life, it's really not even home anymore. My parents are still there, but not in the same area of town we lived in when I was a kid. It's not going home, its just going to my parent house.

I still live in my hometown. I'm happy here, my friends and family are here and I love Pittsburgh so I don't really have any intentions or want to move out.
