Which cities have the most pests? (to live, roaches, place)

I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, but I would like to know from other people's experiences in cities they had visited or lived, were you bound to be disgustingly, grotesque by rodents and roaches scrawling everywhere you had gone to?


If you feel that city has a real,epidemic, growth problem of rodents and roaches, would you list it in "Top 10 infested cities in US not to live and
visit?"
