Tulips here are treated as annuals but I've seen some advertised as Southern Zone reblooming. Anybody in the South have luck with them? Where did you get them - most likely catalogue-and do you remember the name?
Many thanks.
I bought some from Kroger 2 years ago and they look horrible every year they try and come back, I don't think they have even flowered since I first bought them, but I am sure Lowe's or Home Depot has some bulbs that are more heat/drought resistant.
In zone 8 I did well with some waterlily 'Kaufmanniana' tulips I got from Dutch Gardens. They came back nicely for several years until we had a very, very wet spell and I think they rotted (heavy clay soil)
They aren't showy from any kind of distance though, too low to the ground.
