I actually thought one of my transaxles wasn't working after coming from warranty work one time. They never reengaged that little leaver and I was not familiar with that feature. Of course it would have been clear if I read the owner's manual - but sometimes we are just too smart for our own good! It's never too late to learn!

I was doing some work on my neighbors tractor last year. First thing I did was pull the lever so I could push it in to my garage. After doing everything that needed to be done, I start it, hit reverse, and nothing. My first thought was, I broke it! Went inside and grabbed a beer figuring this gonna be a long day. Walked up to the tractor, and there was my duh moment. Best beer I ever had. :-)
